Shipping & Returns


All items are sent through Australia Post and are sent with tracking numbers. 
You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been packed. Please check the status of your delivery via the Australia Post website with your tracking number as we do not keep watch of this for you. 

Coral Eve will not be held responsible for any lost parcels. If your parcel is sent to a collection point and you have not collected it in time which results in the parcel being sent back to us, you are responsible for any extra shipping cost.

If you have given us incorrect details and you contact us prior to shipping your order, we can adjust the details of your order. Unfortunately we may not be able to redirect your parcel once it is in transit.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any exchanges of products. If you are not 100% happy with your product, or it arrives in less than perfect condition, please send us an email to discuss a replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of order being delivered. 

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you would like specific product measurements or more photos, please contact us via email or social media.

We do not refund postage costs, so please ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order before checkout. 
In cases of dispute, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and any fees and/or charges applicable.

What can be returned:

Defective/Faulty items: In the rare event your item is faulty, we must be contacted within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything outside of this time frame won't be accepted. 

You must contact us via email first, with a detailed description of what the fault is, your order number, images of the fault/item.

All returns are a case by case basis and at owners discretion. Damage due to mistreatment and mishandling does not warrant a refund. Please follow our care instructions. 

How items can be returned: 

If an exchange has been approved, the item must be returned in original condition,  and within 14 days of approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and provide a credit for your exchange.

If item is eligible for a refund, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon inspection of the item.

You are responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us. The items should be returned via Registered Post, with tracking, and include a return self-addressed Registered Post satchel so to make sure all parties can verify it's safe return. 

You have the option for Coral Eve to remake your item instead of a refund or exchange.

If a refund is issued it will be refunded in the same manor that it was paid. We do not supply a refund to a different name or address or different method. 

All exchange and return enquires are up to the discretion of Coral Eve and seen to at a case by case basis.
